Crazy monitor of my class!!!

OMG!!! My class the monitors are crazy!!! Extremely crazy!!! 1 of the 4 which is a boy, doesn't do anything but sits there doing his own stuff. Another who knows how to take care of the class but too soft or i should he isn't very soft it is just that the class doesn't listens to him! Whenever he shouts, the class clap and when he don't shout, the class cannot hear him.... Next, the smaller in size female monitor, well, she has her way of taking care of the class but a bit too kind. She shouts but still no one can hear him. Pitiful man! The last female monitor, she can shout but the problem is that she likes to say "SSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" and demands 100% silence! I don't think any class can give 100% silence! Even the class is very very quiet already, she will still say "SSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!". Isn't this crazy??? Today, this "SSSSSSSSSSSSHHHHHHHHH" female monitor came around asking who is opposing any monitor. Well the first person i thought of wasn't her but the one that shouts and the class claps. I cannot tolerate him as well. He is also demanding and he uses vulgar languages. Tell me is he being a good role model??? Now they are thinking who should replace the person who has more students in my class who opposes him/her. Haiz.. things are so complicated and frustrated and i am very irritated to that!!!
