A Waste Trip

This week seem to be a busy week for me. I have been going to school everyday this week. Yesterday, still quite ok. I managed to get some rest after i come back from school by playing the computer :) Today is considered busy and i fell sick. My throat was uncomfortable and my nose was running a marathon. Well, i came back home at 3.45pm and got to start packing up and changing and making phone calls. After doing this and doing that, i went off to grace house. I only managed to settle myself for half an hour and i have to rush to go out. Grace gave me the souvenirs. A weird pig doll...and something that i regretted not having when i was at beijing 4 years ago. It was the certificate to prove that i climb the Great Wall of China. Though the date is not 4 years ago but at least, i managed to get it. I have been to beijing twice, and to the great wall twice and yet, i didn't manage to get the certificate made. From grace's house, ranice, grace and i went to ang mo kio to buy orange chiffon cake which my mum ordered me to buy. Then, we moved on to marina square to buy "The Tales of Beedle the Bard". Somehow, it is difficult to get this book in popular and times bookstore. It seems like there is only 1 in each store... As we were on our way to the marine square times bookstore, ranice saw macaroon and bought them. It was expensive man. 1 macaroon is $2.50!!! She bought two, one lemon flavoured and one raspberry flavoured. It was delicious and no wonder it was so expensive. Then, we went on to buy the book. There was sticky sold at the times bookstore! I managed to buy the watermelon flavoured sticky. After that, we went on to swee choon to have dinner. However, it was raining badly. We only had 1 umbrella and we had to like squeeze in the umbrella. But at last, grace rather walk in the rain. We really had a hard time going to swee choon since it was running badly and our slippers and sandals got really wet and our legs were like soaking in water. When we reached swee choon, it was under renovation!!! Goodness!!! We took such a hard time to get there but we did not manage to eat there. It was considered a waste trip since we didn't manage to eat swee choon. Sad. But to certain extend, it may not be considered a waste trip because grace and i managed to have a bite of the delicious macaroon, thank to ranice :) So, we had no choice but to go other places to eat. We went to city square instead. Thankfully, after the dinner, we were in shelter so no need to endure the heavy rain. Then, we went back to serangoon and went to nex to walk walk. We went to NTUC and it was just like amk hub's NTUC. Then, we went on to popular. After that, we went home. We waited for 103 very long but the bus did not come. So, we took the second 109 back home. When i got home, my feet got a bit painful. It feels like rheumatism. I told my mum about it and my mum said that it was because i had injured my leg before and my leg will easy get pain when my feet is soaked in water for long. This is the after effect of injuring my leg i guess. Well, hopefully tomorrow my nose will cooperate and my throat will be better and tomorrow will be a better day.

A very soothing and comfortable song. It calms down the tension in my life. I feel so much relax after hearing it. I think it is great! Enjoy it!

OMG! THAT IS SO AUNTY!

Within 2 days, i have seen "Aunty" acts and sometimes when it gets overboard, it turns out very uncivilised. Well, i will start from yesterday. Yesterday, i went east point mall for the clean and green exhibition. Initially, yu jun, puay suan, jian nan, jolyn and i were assigned to help out in the competition that will be taking place. But cherylynn and bei yi went for their lunch break so they asked any 2 of us to help them take over. So, yu jun and i took over. Their duties were the information cum registration counter. I thought it may be quite interesting. When we first started, we still don't get the hang of it but soon, we got it. Our main duties were just to take the purple coupon from them and give the free gift and asked them to do the survey. After the completion of the survey, they will receive a bottle of Mr Muscle and also take down the attendance of those taking the competition. Soon, cherylynn and bei yi came back. We wanted to take turn working. But when the promoters of Mr Muscle came and started introducing their products and telling the public that after every completion of the survey, they can receive a bottle of Mr Muscle, the crowd came. Once others see there is free gift, people will go and find out how they get it. Soon, a lot of people started to come and grab the survey forms and rushed to complete them so that they can get the bottle of Mr Muscle. This is actually a usual scene in Singapore, claiming free gifts. Soon, things get a bit outrageous. People seem to get desperate over the free gifts. There is this person who came and grab a stack of survey forms. And this caused our forms to run out very quickly. We didn't take turn after that because there were just too many people. After that, there is one outrageous maid who really pissed me off. She received one bottle of Mr Muscle but she realised that we were so busy and thought that no one noticed, she took away one more bottle. I was like, OMG! THIS MAID...SHE IS SO AUNTY!!! When the Mr Muscle ran out but actually, there were people trying to grab the stocks, the crowd became smaller and we were like phew... I was saying that i should have take down this scene and put on stomp and see how crazy is this scene! Well, even the forms ran out. When free gifts ran out, forms ran out, there is no crowd! It seems like people are so realistic. When they see free gift, the first thing that come to their mind is "SNATCH FOR IT!!!". While we were sort of resting, yu jun found out that there are forms still. So, i told yu jun to take out 5 at a time to control the crowd. But soon, things still get out of hand and a stack of forms appeared. Well, another outrageous thing happened. This uncle, has a family of 5 so he asked each of his family members to do one form and after that, they can get 5 bottles of Mr Muscle. I got really pissed seriously. That uncle is super thick-skinned and super AUNTY!!! I was thinking, you take so many bottles of Mr Muscle, will you use that much? Are you a super clean-freak? When the bottle expires, you will throw it away even though you didn't use it, won't you? This is attitude is unbearable, is overboard and it is UNCIVILISED!!! Goodness... Soon, the forms ran out again. But then, yu jun found another stack but i told yu jun that will give the forms only if the people ask for it. And somehow, this works. The crowd is controlled. Then, we had another rest. While we were resting, cherylynn told us that when bei yi and her were on duty, there is this aunty who came and took away 10 bottles of Mr Muscle. When i heard that, my first reaction was, that aunty must be insane and that is so AUNTY!!! Talking about aunty, there is aunty who was crazy about Mr Muscle free gifts too. She came a few rounds and we can recognise her face. She came and asked for one form first and we kindly gave it to her but after 10 seconds, she asked for another one but we said that everyone is only entitled to one form. The aunty then said that she was helping her friend to take but we insist that it is a one-to-one basis. Then, the aunty left. During that period, i was sweating in the air-con. Oh goodness...i can't believe that that day i managed to experience so many people who are so aunty and so uncivilised. I think this is a really sad thing.

Then, today, my family went to singapore expo to visit the food fair. As usual, the food fair is crowded with people and the place is so squeezy. Everyone pushes one another just to move... This is actually very very common in a food fair. Then, we went in further where there are seats to find seats so that we can sit down and eat. This is actually a very tough job because there are so many people so finding a seat is actually very difficult. Sometimes, you can find a table but there is no chair. Luckily, we managed to found a table with 4 chairs. But my mum gave 1 chair away because we don't need that extra one. My mum and dad went to get food while i was waiting and at the same time, chop the seat. A lot people came asking if anyone was sitting and definitely, my answer is yes. Then, there is 2 aunties who came and without asking, placed their plastic bags on the table. I was staring at them and in my mind, i was like, "what the hell...you didn't ask and just put your things on the table. Where is your manners..?" When one of the aunties saw me staring at her, she started saying that they were just buying takeaway and they were "borrowing" the table just for a while. Soon, another 4 to 5 aunties came and they did the same thing, placed their things on the table. I was super shocked. Out of the sudden, so many more aunties just popped out. They talked like loudspeakers -.- Then, a few of them went to toilet. And there is one aunty who "borrowed" the seat too and sit down comfortably. Soon, when my parents came back, this aunty still very thick-skinned and continued sitting there comfortably. I wanted to tell the aunty that we want to sit already but before i could do so, my mum did it. Then, they left. I felt so much comfortable after they left. Then, my dad went to get more food while my mum and i sat and continue eating while we wait. Then, there is an uncle who came to clear the table, the chair my dad was sitting initially went missing. My mum and i were super shocked. Within a snap of my finger, the chair just went missing. Then, i saw an aunty dragging a chair away from our direction and i believed she must be the one who took the chair away without asking. But to make sure she was the culprit, i walked to her table and asked if anyone was sitting and i realised the sticker on the chair which is the same as the one my dad was sitting. I was sure it was her then. I went back to my table and told my mum and my mum said that she suspected it was her. When my dad came back, he was also shocked to see that the chair he was sitting went missing. Thankfully, my dad managed to get an empty chair. This aunty's actions were horribly uncivilised and unacceptable. Her actions was so AUNTY!!! To that aunty, i really don't know where is her manners. Doesn't she know how to ask? Goodness... I think this kind of uncivilised actions is too outrageous. No way can i accept it! Horrible, terrible, VEGETABLE!!!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows I

In the afternoon, grace and i went to play badminton. After that during the evening, i went to find ranice and went on to toa payoh to meet elaine, jolyn, puay suan, teck wee, yu jun and yu jun's 2 sisters. We went to the movie theatre to watch Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows I. Yay! At last, i managed to watch it. So happy. The theatre isn't that crowded but actually quite crowded compared to the usual crowd in toa payoh theatre. The movie lasted for 2 hours and 30 minutes. There are many funny scenes in the movie and everyone was laughing. Sadly, dobby died but at least he died in harry's arms. Dobby died under bellatrix. Bad bellatrix. Dobby is so cute and i like this quote of his "Dobby is here to save harry potter and friends". I will not talk more about the plot because everyone should go and watch it. I am so excited for the next part which is part II. It is a movie worth to watch, definitely! Well, i will keep the post short because i don't really what to write anymore.

Zoo~!!!

When was the last time i went to Zoo? Hmm...i think it was primary 1. Today, ranice, grace, yu jun, puay suan, jolyn and i went to zoo together. It was really a long time since i had been to the Singapore Zoo. Though there isn't much big changes, there are still some changes after since it has been so long. I had a lot of fun and i took a lot of pictures. Definitely, i took photos of animals but i also took many interesting photos of the rest. Ranice and grace were not very cooperative because they don't allow me to take photos of them but i manage to do it secretly. Hehe! We watched 3/4 of the shows. But i think the shows are too short in time. First, we watched the Rainforest Fights Back which a lot of animals appeared and it only lasted half an hour. Second, we watched Elephant Show. It was only half an hour and this time, they don't have the elephant drawing live in front of us. If i did not remember wrongly, last time, they let the elephant draw a painting live in front of the audience. Third, we watched the Sealion show which is only 10 minutes long!!! That is way too short. Though it was very cool that the sealion is so smart, i want more. I thought there would be like more than 1 sea lion performing however, i was wrong, only 1 performed. Well, now i will start to talk about the pictures i took and series of events that took place.

We were at Ah Meng's memorial and initially, someone who i forgot who it is suggest to take a group photo but seems like we don't know who is willing to help us take so at last, only yu jun, puay suan and grace took together. Ah Meng was around 47 years old when he died!

After that, we proceed to kidz world (if i never remember the place wrongly). We went there to have our lunch. When we were having lunch, suddenly, there is someone who touch my waist. I was like omg, what was that. Then, i turned around and i saw a small boy which i think it was only 2 or 3 years old, looking at my innocently. Then, this boy's mum felt embarrassed and said sorry. Well, initially i thought it was a monkey which came into the KFC. LOL! I think too much. After our lunch, it started to rain. But we continue walking around with our umbrellas. We went to look at the horses and ponies. And also a kampung house which contain some wax humans and insects. Those wax humans are very creepy. when i was in there, i wasn't really able to identify which is real human and which is wax human. As the rain got heavier, we went into the souvenir shop because maybe some of us need ponchos or else they will get very wet and difficult to move around. At last, we got stuck in the souvenir shop, looking around and we were laughing like crazy because grace to try out different hats as if she is the model for all these hats sold in the souvenir shop. LOL! Here are the pictures:

As we were proceeding to watch the second show of the day. 闪亮杨姐妹 suddenly became 闪亮杨 couple. Here are the evidences:





Soon, grace left because she got to go and meet up with her mum. And we went back to the kidz world. It seems like whenever we stepped into kidz world, the rain gets heavy... Weird but i think it is just coincidence. At the kidz world, we went to the rainforest challenge. It was very fun. Sadly, grace cannot enjoy the fun. If she was there, i bet she will be even more high. All of us played these but there are only photos of ranice, jolyn and puay suan. Although i was playing, at the same time i was the only photographer and when i was playing, no one can help me take the photo so no photos of me! As we continued playing, the rain get even heavier. Puay suan very pro. She managed to play with her bag and umbrella with her. I was holding my umbrella but then, i find it too troublesome, i decided to go without my umbrella. At last, all of us were wet! We were playing under the rain! Later, we get sick but TOUCH WOOD! Anyway, here are the photos:

And the day ended. We had so much fun though we were all tired and sleepy.

Open House

Today it is open house for every school i think. As usual, i was on duty. It is a very tiring day and my legs are aching. In total, i clock in 7 hours and 40 minutes. I think this is the longest amount of time i clock in within a day. I went to school at 7.30am which was very early and i sign off at 3.10pm. Firstly, we decorate the noticeboard. Then, we went to the new art building to have a briefing by mr ng. Then, we went off to start on our duties. Well, it is like when there is people coming in, we will give them an AEP brochure and also help them stamp on a zhonghua brochure. When it was lunch time, it ran out of food because mr ng only cater 20 lunch and at last, fang wen and i didn't manage to get to eat. But mr eckert got us some sandwiches but sadly, we got to pay for the sandwiches -.- If there is enough lunch, fang wen and i don't have to pay for those sandwiches. Well, our lunch break is quite long in fact. Fang wen and i met yu jun and we went walking around the school to look at the other booths. Then, 3 of us went back to the art building. As fang wen and i were doing our duties, we were also chatting with yu jun. At 1pm, yu jun left and fang wen and i continue working, welcoming the parents, giving the AEP brochure and helping to stamp. I think around 2.30pm, grace came. She is like a crazy woman, as usual. Then, fang wen and grace were playing and i was like walking around? Actually, i am not so sure what i was doing but i think i was walking around and talking to kang teng and edmund. Then, grace received a phone call and fang wen and i heard that it was from jasmund. So we assumed that grace new boyfriend is called jasmund. Haha! We are so naughty and mischievous. As we were walking out, we saw mr ang and i was telling mr ang that grace has a new boyfriend call jasmund. Meanwhile, grace was busy denying that. Edmund went a bit crazy and kept on pulling the fence and telling mr ang that he is a super fan of mr ang. LOL! Then, i was telling mr ang that edmund's parents were currently in the art building and if there is any complains he want to make, he can go into the art building to complain. Well, edmund continue going crazy and said that his parents is also a super fan of mr ang. LOL! I think he draw too much and his brain went kuku. Haha! Well, kang teng finished his drawing and everyone thinks that it was very nice and it seems like he used chinese ink to draw it but in fact, he used normal marker to draw. Seriously, i am impressed by it and i took a photo of it and i shall upload it. Then, the day ended with my leg aching and a tired body.

CSI @ Science Centre

Today is the day which i have been awaiting for. I went to science centre to enjoy myself in the CSI exhibition. Overall, i think it was fun and cool. Well, firstly, we had a forensic photography session. I think it is quite interesting though it can be boring after a while. After all the talking, we had a chance to do our own forensic photography. Well, we were supposed to get someone to act dead and then, we would take a walk through photo. We got grace to act as a dead person. She used her school bag to cover her face and so, we assumed that she was dead because her head got smashed by her school bag. After that, we had lunch. Right after lunch, it was something which i was very excited for. IT IS THE CSI EXHIBITION!!! WOOT!!! Well, we were supposed to do some analysis and blah blah stuff which simply says that it was related to forensic. Seriously, i think forensic is really cool but sadly speaking, i am not so good in my science and after looking at the corpse for long, i am quite disgusted. Initially, i can still tolerate the gruesome sight but after quite long, i don't think i can take it. But i believe, forensic scientists are actually use to these gruesome sights. 习惯成自然. In the exhibition, we managed to do 2 experiments. There are 4 actually but we only managed to do 2 because in the package, everyone is only given to do 2 experiments. The first experiment was ink chromatography and chemical analysis. Well, it is like something we usually do in chemistry. The second one is something much more interesting because this is the first time i am doing it. It is fingerprint analysis. Everyone of us was given a piece of transparency and we were supposed to put our thumb fingerprint onto it. Then, the person in-charge of the station will put these fingerprints into a tank, wrap it up using a plastic wrap and it was placed under the IR (In-fared) Lamp. Inside this tank, there is superglue and water. The superglue will turn into superglue fumes due to the IR lamp. The water will also turn into water vapour due to the lamp. Due to the plastic wrap, both superglue fumes and water vapour will be pushed back such that the superglue fumes will be on the transparency to make our fingerprints visible. The main use of water prevent the tank from overheating and also to pace up the experiment. Without water, we might got to wait very long. As we were waiting, the person in-charge of the station told us about the types of fingerprints. There are 3 most common type of fingerprints in the world which are whole whorl, plain arch and loops. There are other types of fingerprints but i don't think i am going to name them out. Then, i started looking at my fingers and i realised i got 5 whole whorl and 5 loops. Cool... But sadly, i didn't manage to go and do the blood analysis experiment. But nevermind. After this, we went to do some fake wounds. We were supposed to do some fake wounds on our model and it must be very gruesome such that it is seen to be a very realistic wound. Sounds complicated but it isn't. Well, grace was our model. 可怜的 Grace, she got to always sacrifice herself. Jia wei was very good at doing make-up man! She managed to help grace make up a bruise on her face such that it looks like grace just got bashed up by someone. Then, i made a burnt wound on jia wei's hand. Just looking at it, it does not really seem that gruesome but on the camera, it is much more gruesome. And grace's bruise seem to be more serious on the camera too. That was the last programme and then, we went home. Initially, this whole event should end at 5.00pm but it was delayed until 7.15pm and by the time i reached home, it was 7.30pm. However, i enjoyed myself. I think that this CSI exhibition is really very cool and very fun. If you have a chance, you should go and try out being a forensic scientist. Although the entrance ticket isn't cheap ($16), i think it is quite worth it since you will be able to learn something new and most importantly, have fun and enjoy.

Officially Started and Ended!

Holiday has officially started! All academics activities have officially ended today. All o levels in my secondary 3 life has officially ended. Today chinese o level isn't tough or easy. I think it is more of tricky. Whenever a paper is neither easy nor difficult, it means that it is tricky. When a paper is tricky, it means that there is a lot of traps and this makes the paper scary. Because you don't know when are you falling into unknown traps. When a paper is tricky, you can't afford to make a single careless mistake. I believe, in a tricky paper, a careless mistake is a grave mistake as it can mislead you to another dimension. When i use the word "dimension", it sounds big... Well, now chinese o level has officially ended and hopefully, i did my best and scored well. I can't deny i have made stupid mistakes for this paper but nothing can be changed. Tomorrow, i will be going to CSI@Science Centre and i am so excited because i know it will be interesting, it will be fun! After thinking about the funs, i turned around and look at the table and i saw a stack of homework. Immediately, my feeling went sian... I know that was fast but that is how fast things change sometimes. I am proud to say i have completed my social studies homework, physics workbook and i am currently halfway through one of my e maths papers. In total, i have 12 homework but currently, i am left with 10 including the chemistry project. I think chemistry project is another headache but i think i will give myself a break. This saturday, there will be open house and i am on duty again. I don't know what will i be doing. Tomorrow, there is actually like meeting to discuss on our duties on saturday but i am go to CSI tomorrow so i managed to skip it. Well, i hope that open house will be fun. After 3 days of hardworking for this week, i really hope that i can enjoy myself for the rest of the days. Relief myself from all the stress i have been enduring this year. Although the stack of homework is another stress, i think i will take the homework as another way to relief stress. Ok, i know that is quite silly because i don't think many use homework to relief stress when it provides stress sometimes when you don't know how to do them. Well, i just got to find ways to enjoy myself as i am doing my homework. Suddenly, the chemistry project pops up in my mind. Haiz... There are just too many things that can bring me to my ends if i don't relax and cool down. Seriously, why can't bejeweled be free for smart phones? Or downloaded to computer free unlimited? I think bejeweled is really a fantastic game to relief stress because my mind will just go normal whenever i am playing bejeweled. Although i can play bejeweled on facebook but i really hope that bejeweled can be a free, unlimited download on computer. Well, i shall end my post and go on facebook-ing and youtube-ing.

First Main Paper for O levels

Tomorrow, i will be facing my first main paper for o levels. I am really worried. Actually i don't know whether it is worried or scared. I am scared and worried that i cannot score an A1 for tomorrow's exam. I know it is important to have confidence but how can i boost my confidence? Chinese has been the subject that i excelled the most in primary school and of course, it came out fantastic in PSLE, without disappointment. Somehow, i remember, during primary school, I aimed for an A* but i wasn't this scared and worried. All i know was, i was having a terrible headache. But now, headache, not much but more of scared and worried. Is it because this is my first main paper for o levels or what? Hopefully, i can really score well. It seemed so critical to me now! Since it is chinese, it seems to be even more critical. It is so important to score well because it is chinese. It is so pressurizing now. Until now, i still don't know why am i so scared and worried. It seems like the more worried and scared i am, the lesser the confidence that can be found in me. I got to stop being so worried and scared or else what I have studied for tomorrow paper may just go 'poff', missing due to being over worrying. And by then, I will be going 'omg, what should I do'. I guess that will be the most stupid mistake I have ever made if that really happened and I think I will hate myself for that. Haiz... I think i should stop talking about tomorrow's o level or else maybe halfway through i have already broken down. Well, today i had my physics SPA and i don't feel like commenting on it because it seemed to be good, just good i think. At the same time, today i received more homework. I think i really cannot finish my homework by this holiday. Although compare to the june holidays, the amount of homework is lesser, this holiday's homework seem to be thicker and there is a lot to write and do!!! Doing the chinese homework has already made me go mad!!! I have to read one book and write 3 reflections, each 1000 words. To me, this is totally INSANE!!! Definitely, there are others which doesn't seem basic or simple to certain extend. Their difficulty is something i really do not like but i have no choice. Haiz... The amount of homework is...scary... Well, i think i shall end my post here since i got to continue studying my chinese. Well, can i consider this as a short post? Maybe, since it is shorter than my usual post which is like a super long paragraph containing junks of words stuffed together.

I WANT TO HIT MY TARGETS!

For this week, there is really a consecutive birthdays among my friends! Initially i thought there is only consecutive birthdays for like 4 days but today, when i went on facebook and found out that other than the 4 days, tomorrow, there is still someone having birthday. 2/11 - Yu jun's birthday, 3/11 - ranice's birthday, 4/11 - zhi xian's birthday, 5/11 - jian nan's birthday, 6/11 - shun ren's birthday, 7/11 - wayne's birthday. Interesting. Anyway, since i didn't post on what happened on thursday so, i have decided to talk about it now. Well, it was quite disappointing on thursday because i lost 1 mark for my chemistry SPA due to the wrong use of value leading to the wrong answer. T_T That was so so so disappointing. The worst is, mr lim look at me and my paper 5 times, smile at me 5 times and ms ong look at me and my paper 2 times, smile at me 2 times but i somehow just don't realise what mistake i had made. Within that 45 minutes, i flip my paper for several times but i just don't realise where the hell did i go wrong! After the exam then, i realise that i use the wrong value. Isn't that disappointing? Heart pain... If i didn't make that mistake, maybe i can score full marks for this chemistry SPA. Goodness... Well, that was what happened on thurday. Then, what about friday? Nothing much happened on that day since friday was deevapali and my mum had nowhere to go so, we decided to go to my aunt's house. Then, i was reading my chinese book and playing my handphone at her house. Yay! I finished one chapter! Meanwhile, my mum was chit chatting with my aunt. Evening, my mum and i went to buy duck rice. Maybe because i was hungry so i think that duck rice was nice :) Today, also nothing much happened but i went to ranice's house. As usual, we were surfing the net. We were reading the blog post by xiaxue and looking at junior colleges that we can go for. Seriously, i am amazed my xiaxue's photoshop skills. Soon, i went home. Well, i just realise that this holiday may be too short for me. I don't know if i have enough time to complete all my homework and project. This is partly because next month, i won't be in singapore for half of the month. I am so excited for next month's trip! My mum was worried that it might be too boring since there would be a lot on sight-seeing of antique buildings and historical places such as concentration camps and churches in eastern europe. But i believed that it would be interesting because you won't get to see these buildings in singapore and their history would be interesting as well. Well, next week there is still 2 o levels and i am worried that i cannot excel in them. Especially for chinese. I am extremely worried for that. What if i don't get A1? Do i really need to drop my higher chinese? Oh gosh...this is so stressful. Physics SPA, all i hope is i can get full marks since SPA is something we should score easily. If i did not make such a careless mistake for chemistry, i should have gotten full marks. Hopefully, for physics, i won't make any careless mistake and i can score with flying colours which is in fact, FULL MARKS!!! You may say that i am ambitious but many students in my school can simply get full marks for SPA. So, i won't say that i am ambitious but instead, i am working hard to hit my target! I think i should really plan thoroughly so that i can complete my homework on time and complete all my revisions too. I need to revise hard man! Especially for both my sciences. Another target of mine is to hit A1 for both sciences for o level so that i can take up the NUS A*STAR programme in VJC. At the same time, i hope i can hit less than 8 points for my o level. But i am worried once again... This is getting more and more stressful. Soon, i am going to have a headache. There are so many targets to hit and this is so tiring after all. I want to hit my targets but i am worried that i can't. Well, o level will only take place once unless i want to retake which most probably is impossible. So, i will definitely work hard and excel. But what if my efforts do not pay off. Oh gosh...i think i am worrying too much... If i continue worrying so much, i think before taking my o levels, i have already broken down. I have to relax i guess. But i really don't know how to relax. Why is it so difficult to keep myself in relax mode?

Consecutive Birthdays

Yesterday it was yu jun's birthday and today it is ranice's birthday. Well, today is a busy day though. We had been busy for the whole day for lessons. First, it was mass chemistry lecture for the whole cohort. It was actually a briefing on tomorrow's SPA exam. Then, it was social studies lesson and i got scolded -.- I feel like it wasn't my fault. Well, the whole cohort was released late so why do i still get scolded. Haiz... Then, it was the english comprehension session. It was very funny whenever Mrs Benjamin conduct her lessons. Her lessons allow me to do english with technique but sometimes, i still don't know how to apply her technique. Example would be today's homework. Seriously, i don't really know how to apply her technique on the homework she gave us. Tried hard but somehow, it just don't work. She wants us to apply some "workings" before we derive our answers but some answers seem that they don't need any workings. The answers can be derive directly. Then, it was a maths. We started on a new chapter. "Sine cosine cosine sine, cosine cosine sine sine, tan tan over one tan tan." Well, this is a song taught by mr ang today for us to remember the addition formula. Then, it was e maths. We continued on statistics. Then, it was chinese. We had timed-practice. I don't know is it me that is lousy or is it the paper that is difficult, but i don't manage to score well for the paper. Hopefully, next wednesday's chinese paper will not be that difficult. Initially, we should be released at 4pm but we were only released at around 4.45pm. After chinese, i went to find puay suan. Initially, we wanted to go my house and puay suan wanted to let me see some video but puay suan was a little blur. When we were at the bus interchange, suddenly, she realised that she left ranice's present in her classroom so she quickly ran back to school. Meanwhile, i slowly walked back and along the way, i bought ice-cream for myself and slowly strolled to school. As it was about 5.30pm so we decided to proceed to the restaurant first. Before we go into the restaurant, we went to cold storage and we looked at the cheese department for very long. Puay suan said that it was her first time seeing so many cheese on the shelves. After spending around 20 minutes in cold storage, we decided to the restaurant. We waited in the restaurant for the rest to come and meanwhile, we were doing our english homework. Soon (actually not very soon), they arrived. Food was served and as we eat, we were joking around and doing stupid things. We really laughed out loud. Grace and puay suan (闪亮杨姐妹) did many funny and stupid things and i was thinking that next time, i should video down what they were doing and label that video as the embarrass moments of the ou-eh ou-eh. (Ou-eh is a word that is beyond human understanding and it is ok to not understand it.) Actually, this dinner is a celebration for ranice. After dinner, we went home and all of us were so full. To me, i was very full partly due to the food and partly was due to the laughter we had during dinner. Before i end my post, i want to wish ranice a happy birthday and yu jun a happy belated birthday :)
