"O" Level Results Released

Today, the "O" level results are released! And it is also the day all higher chinese students are waiting for because they are going to get their express chinese result today. Well, St Nicholas Girls' School student managed to top Singapore for a consecutive of 3 years! In the hall, everyone was very nervous, excited and worried. However, there are like 3 speeches that will take place. The worst is, the place we are seating is very squeezy and uncomfortable. While listening to speeches and sitting at a squeezy and uncomfortable place, irritates me a lot and it just make me more and more nervous. Initially, i am still quite cool and steady but when i am sitting on the hall ground while one by one, students go up to the teacher to get their results, my heart started beating very quickly. My heart moved up from its actual place. When it was yu jun's turn to get her result, i felt that my heart was already at my windpipe. LOL! I know it is very exaggerating but that was how nervous i was. When jolyn came back jumping with her result, i walk to the table to get my result from the teacher. Firstly, i got to sign beside my name. I felt like i was shivering. Then, the teacher passed me my result and telling me my grade. It seems like there was a mixed emotions in me. All i did is smile, take the result slip, walk off. When i got back to my seat, i don't know what's wrong with my mouth. It cannot stop shivering. Jolyn and yu jun tried to stop it but to no avail. At last, i pushed my cheeks and finally, it stopped. Then, i am still a bit stuck in my emotions. I don't seem to know how to get happy. Maybe because i was too happy that my brain just stop functioning on the happiness part. I know it sounds a bit ridiculous but sometimes, when it comes to mixed emotion, it is quite ridiculous. The express chinese "O" level result is a motivation and encouragement to work even harder for my upcoming "O" levels. It seems like as i get older, i get nervous easier. Its like during PSLE, i wasn't that nervous to the extent that i am shivering hard and my heart is jumping out of my mouth. But all of these are happening in my secondary school life. Maybe that is what one has to go through as one grows older. Hopefully, my upcoming "O" level result will be as fantastic and fascinating as my express chinese result.
